You may have noticed some big changes to Liverpool’s Concert Square recently, with one of the city’s best loved venues, Modo getting a fashionable makeover in time for the Summer months.
The new complex now complete, comprises five unique spaces spread over three floors between Concert Square and Fleet Street – each with their own theme and atmosphere.
For the first time in over a decade, Modo’s first floor has been reopened and transformed by designers into Paradiso, a hidden garden, that brings the festival vibe to the heart of the city.
Unique to Concert Square, the flower-filled space cleverly mixes gorgeous greenery with eye-catching neons, and also benefits from the addition of a vast terrace that overlooks the main square below.
Filled with sofas and daybeds that are perfect for lounging, its canopy roof even opens; so you can catch some rays or just dance to resident DJs, as the sun goes down!
Open seven days a week, the first floor features exclusive seasonal residencies from some of the biggest drinks brands including Tanqueray, Fever-Tree, Kopparberg and Brooklyn Brewery amongst others; and launches this June with a tempting selection of gin and prosecco serves, along with craft beers and of course a range of tempting quality cocktails, which Modo is still best known for, even after 21 years!
