As if juggling one business venture isn’t enough, Liam Hincks is a well renowned DJ for Capital, music producer, owner of Liberte and has he own clothing brand! Trailblazer managed to grab a quick coffee with Liam to talk about his latest projects and what the next few years look like.’
Tell us a bit about what you do?
With loads going on right now its pretty hectic. Everyday is a busy one whether its working on existing projects, in the studio or planning and working on exciting new ideas.
What’s the latest thing you’re working on?
Aside from working on lots of new music in the studio its about building the Liberte brand. Its had a really promising start and with the addition of the restaurant still to come plus the rooftop due to open December i have some really exciting projects to finish before the end of the year.
What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learnt?
Two things really. One was when i was an apprentice at Radio City i had just been handed my first radio show at Juice and one of the guys at City told me to take every single opportunity that comes your way. I have lived by this ever since. The second lesson is never take anything or anybody for granted always be grateful for what you have.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Happy and healthy. As long as your happy and have your health everything else is a bonus.
How do you switch off?
It’s pretty hard to switch off when you have so much going on however going to the gym and playing football with mates always helps… sometimes!
