Mayor Marks Major Milestone In Prestigious Parliament Square Development

 Mayor Joe Anderson officially marked the start of the next phase of work on Liverpool’s £90m Parliament Square.

Work on prestigious housing scheme featuring hundreds of luxury apartments on the edge of the Baltic Triangle is being carried out by Legacie Developments.  

The property company says the scheme will further revitalise a key area of Liverpool and bring a major economic boost to the city through job creation and investment. They say the development will “offer all of the facilities of a hotel on a residential complex” as well as a public plaza including a restaurant and boutique shops.  

“This project represents a major vote of confidence in the city. It is creating jobs, it is bringing ing in investment and it is creating quality housing on the edge of the Baltic Triangle. It will add to the areas prosperity,” says Mayor Anderson.
